  • 2 cups milk: I use whole milk, however you can use 2% milk or cashew, oats, hemp, almond, coconut, soy, or macadamia nut milk if you prefer.
  • 2/3 of a cup of greek yogurt.
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup or honey.
  • 1/4 cup dark mini chocolate chips or chopped dark sugar-free chocolate.

First, add the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, cacao powder, and chocolate chips. Then pour the milk: Add the milk on top of the dry ingredients. Then, pour the maple syrup into the bowl. Now it’s time to stir thoroughly to combine it all together. Next, divide into jars. Lastly, chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours. It’s important to allow the oats to absorb the milk.

All done – ready to eat!
